Many comments made for "Binh Duong province, a quarter of a century: Achievements and prospects" workshop

On February 17, Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the meeting of Organizing Board of the "Binh Duong province, a quarter of a century journey: Achievements and prospects" workshop.

At the meeting, Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee, said that in order to prepare for the workshop and meet purposes and requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, the Organizing Committee developed a detailed plan of advisory group to hold the workshop. The Organizing Committee put forward a list of articles based on the achievements, prospects and position of Binh Duong province.

At the meeting, delegates and members of the Organizing Committee made many comments on solutions to improve the workshop quality. Dr. Huynh Ngoc Dang, Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial Historical Science Association, said that for the workshop to be successful, it is necessary to have many articles on achievements and lessons learned from Binh Duong province over the past 25 years. Articles of lessons from the practice of Binh Duong province and suggest solutions for Binh Duong to further develop and improve its position at home and abroad also needed to be presented.

Many opinions suggested that the Organizing Committee set up boards to review the content and critique the contents of the merits and true position of Binh Duong province over the 25-year formation and development. In particular, a content review board containing members who are professional, knowledgeable and have practical experience of Binh Duong, needed to be established to make a successful workshop.
