Many officials, lecturers and students of VGU donate blood

June 3, at Vietnamese German University (VGU) at Hoa Phu ward of Thu Dau Mot city, the provincial Red Cross in collaboration with other units organized a blood donation day.

Upholding the message of donating blood to save lives, many staff, lecturers and students of VGU participated in the voluntary blood donation drive.

Through screening and health counseling, the Festival Organizing Committee received 173 blood units (350ml each) in a blood donation drive supported by the Blood Transfusion Center of Ho Chi Minh city Cho Ray Hospital, which continues to screen and serve the treatment and emergency care of patients who need blood for treatment at its medical facilities.
