Yesterday June 11th, the Market control squad No.1 of Thu Dau Mot City proclaimed decisions of provincial PC in terms of sanctions against trading counterfeit liquors.The first decision is to fine Ms. Tran Thi Kieu My, who was born in 1982 and is the owner of Kieu My shop at 255 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Phu Cuong quarter, Thu Dau Mot City, VND15 mln for selling counterfeit liquors. The second one decided to penalize Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy that was born in 1967, is owner of Thanh Thuy shop at 255 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Phu Cuong quarter, TDM City, the same fine of VND15 mln. Based on clause 14a, article 12 of governmental Decree No. 97/2010/ND-CP dated September 21st 2010, the Market control squad No. 1 destroyed 23 counterfeit wine bottles of brands: ReMy Martin VSOP, Black Label, Hennessy VSOP, XO, Chivas Regal.Reported by Kim Chi – Translated by Ngoc Huynh
