The provincial Training and Education Committee just launched a ‘mobilization of picture and statue creation on island and sea’ initiated by the central Training and Education Committee. The mobilization is one of political and social activities under the close instruction of the central Training and Education Committee, Naval Command and Vietnam Fine Art Association.

The event is to extol the country island and sea as well as promulgate building and economic development and sovereignty protection of Vietnam islands and sea.

Entries should be sent to Modern Fine Art Center under Vietnam Fine Art Association, 17 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi for the deadline on Nov. 22, 2010.
