The contest is to track back the glorious tradition of military and people in the victory of Ha Noi-Dien Bien Phu on air.

The contest was launched by the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union to mark 40th anniversary of the victory. The contest was initiated on Oct. 8. It is expected that the contest award ceremony will be held on the 40th anniversary of Hanoi-Dien Bien Phu in the air victory (Dec. 1972-2912).
