Update: 19-10-2024 | 13:28:30

With the spirit of unity, dynamism and creativity, provincial Women's Union at all levels have consistently taken the initiative to improve the quality of its activities and launched emulation movements in association with implementing the local socio-economic development tasks.

In their work, many Women’s Union officials have shown enthusiasm and dedication, actively participating in movements and taking responsibility for their members. This has contributed to the development of the Women’s Union and the women’s movement while also helping to build up a more and more prosperous and civilized Binh Duong. Among the outstanding “flowers” of October that we want to highlight are Nguyen Thi Bich Van and Phan Thi Ngoc Loi.

Nguyen Thi Bich Van

Nguyen Thi Bich Van, Chairwoman of Phu Giao district’s Women's Union is the only Women’s Union official from Binh Duong among 30 outstanding Women’s Union officials nationwide to be honored with the first Nguyen Thi Dinh Award in 2024, awarded by the Vietnam Women's Union Central Committee.

With over 22 years of local work experience, including 4 years as Chairwoman of Phu Giao district’s Women's Union, Van has collaborated with the Standing Board and Executive Board of the local Women’s Union to promptly introduce initiatives that maintain and enhance the local Women’s Union’s effectiveness. In every activity, Van has led with a focus on key areas and targeted groups, in line with the guidelines of the district’s Party Committee and provincial Women’s Union, thereby building up exemplary models to gather and attract members. Therefore, the women's movement and the association's activities in recent years have all achieved and exceeded the set targets and women from all strata have enthusiastically responded to them.

Phan Thi Ngoc Loi

Whilst, Phan Thi Ngoc Loi, Chairwoman of North Tan Uyen district’s Labor Union and former Chairwoman of North Tan Uyen district’s Women’s Union, was recognized among 102 outstanding district-level Women’s Union chairpersons nationwide in 2024 by the Vietnam Women's Union Central Committee.

With 14 years of participating in the work of the Women's Union (from 2010 to September 2024), Mrs. Loi is a typical Women’s Union official in all fields of work, constantly improving and always researching effective models in gathering members and women to participate in the association.
