Over 95% of workers resume work after Tet

Early February 6, most enterprises at province-based industrial parks have resumed work after Tet. There are some with 90%-95% workers getting back to work.

More than 9,630 workers out of 10,700 workers at Shyang Hung Cheng Garment Co. have got back to work. Or, Chi Hung Co. has also had 9,630 out of 10,700 workers resuming work; Thai Binh Footwear Co. with 11,040 out of 18,400 workers…It is expected that all enterprises in the province this week will resume production with more sufficient and stable workforce.

Noticeably, several companies, namely Foster Electronics Co,Ltd., Binh Duong Garment Co.,…have had more than 96% of workers returning to work after Tet.

Provincial Labor Union said that thanks to good policies, the rate of workers resuming work at province-based enterprises after Tet is high.

* Ben Cat town’s Division of Labor-War Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) said that the whole town had a total of more than 95,000 workers returning home to celebrate Tet with their families and more than 21,000 ones who could not return home for Tet. So far, 92% of workers at town-based companies have got back to work after Tet.

According to the town’s DoLISA, the situation of workers resuming work after Tet is relatively stable, due to good care from the local government plus incentive policies from enterprises…
