Patriotic emulations strongly animated among provincial enterprise bloc

Over the past time, the Youth Union of the provincial Agencies and Enterprises has launched exciting patriotic emulation movements, attracting a large number of youth union members to respond, bringing positive social meaning and effective in professional work in agencies and enterprises.

The highlight of the patriotic emulation movements of the Union of Agencies - Enterprises in the province is always closely following the political tasks of agencies, units and enterprises to arouse the desire for dedication and creativity in the youth unions. One of the emulation movements that sparks and promotes creative passion among youth union members is "Young Creative Youth". The movement has motivated young people to promote the spirit of dare to think, dare to do, propose ideas and initiatives that bring useful values in work and life.

Through the "Youth and Young Creative" movement, more than 1,400 new ideas and initiatives have been recognized and published by the Vietnam Youth Creative Ideas Bank Portal. Notably, 70 innovative initiatives and solutions in improving work, labor, production and business efficiency of youth union members have benefited units and businesses over VND 1.5 billion.

In addition, the voluntary movement to participate in the construction of new rural areas was deployed by the Union to mobilize more resources, contributing to changing the face of the countryside. Specifically, the model of "Raising the countryside and lighting up the countryside" was implemented by the Youth Union at all levels for the roads of 9 districts, towns and cities in the province; construction and installation of clean water for 167 rural households; donated and repaired more than 10 houses of love, red scarf houses, charity houses, red cross houses etc. with a total cost of over VND 1,077 billion.

The volunteer movement to ensure social security is regularly carried out by the Youth Union, especially during Youth Month, Workers' Month, summer activities to attract nearly 50,000 turns of youth union members and participation interest and support of the society with a support value of over VND 2 billion a year.

Along with that, the Youth Union has also implemented an emulation movement to develop unions and members in enterprises outside the state sector in industrial parks in the area. In which, the Youth Union focused on proposing solutions to mobilize the establishment of unions and associations in enterprises, admission and development of union members who are workers.

Notably, the grassroots Youth Union organization in industrial parks has proposed many solutions to implement care activities, models of gathering and uniting youth workers. Typically, the model "for employees" with practical care activities, specifically towards personal income, especially people with difficult circumstances.

At the same time, the Youth Union at all levels in the block also actively cooperates with functional sectors and the Management Board of industrial parks to approach, propagate and mobilize employers to establish unions and associations in enterprises. Up to now, the Union has established 29 grassroots Union organizations in non-state enterprises in industrial parks with newly developed 432 union members are private individuals.

Bien Tuan Vu, Secretary of the provincial Union of Agencies and Enterprises, said that through patriotic emulation movements, the Youth Union concentrated on realizing the goal of building a strong Union organization, strengthen the fostering of revolutionary ideals, moral and lifestyle education, arouse the desire to devote to youth union members to launch youth movements to emulate learning and creative work and  promote initiatives and improve techniques, contributing to well fulfilling professional, production and business tasks of agencies, units and enterprises.
