People in green zones happily enter the new normal condition

Over more than three months of mobilizing the entire political system and resources for the fight against the pandemic, the Covid-19 situation in the province has been basically controlled. People's lives in green zones have gradually returned to the new normal state. The province is also mobilizing all its efforts to quickly carry out quick testing, separating F0s from the community in red zones to gradually bring daily-life, production and business activities in the province back to normal condition.

The "three-green" production plan for disease prevention control of Binh Duong Sáng Tạo Company (hamlet 3, Tru Van Tho commune, Bau Bang district) is posted for all workers to easily learn about and implement it.

The new normalcy

The establishment of safe green zones and bringing back the new normalcy in districts of Dau Tieng, Bau Bang, Phu Giao and North Tan Uyen in recent days is a proud achievement in the fight against the Covid-19. This is an important prerequisite for the province to continue successfully performing the strategy of zoning, curbing and completely repelling the disease. Optimistic results of the anti-pandemic work in green zones prove that Binh Duong's anti-pandemic strategy has been on the right track.

Do Thi Bich, a resident of Hamlet 1, Tru Van Tho Commune, Bau Bang District, has a fruit and vegetable stall. She said, after receiving information about easing the social distancing order, residents in her hamlet were very happy. Over more than three lockdown months to control the disease spreading, currently her family's vegetable stall is allowed to reopen. "Although there are difficulties ahead due to the prolonged pandemic, just thinking about the news that the disease has been cooled down makes us very happy," said Bich.

The atmosphere on streets in Lai Uyen town, Tru Van Tho commune (Bau Bang district); Dau Tieng town, Thanh Tuyen commune (Dau Tieng district) and Tan Long commune (Phu Giao district) is gradually getting busier again. The good thing is that most residents strictly adhere to the message "5K" of Ministry of Health.

Not only shops and people are happy and excited with the new decision, a large number of workers of companies based in these green zones are also cheerful because they are about to go to work again. Nguyen Thi Thu, a worker of Binh Duong Sáng Tạo Company (Truc Van Tho commune, Bau Bang district), said that in order to promptly return to production and maintain the market supply chain, Directors Board has assigned specific tasks to small teams. Accordingly, one team takes care of organizing a safe production plan in the factory, another team takes care of finding and negotiating with lodging houses to gather workers in one place for convenient management of epidemiological factors. The Directors Board directly cooperates with local authority to complete the declaration and apply for travel permits for workers...

Phan Van Van, Deputy General Director of Binh Duong Sáng Tạo Company, said that as of September 9, the company has completed the "three-green" production plan to submit to the district for approval to resume its operations. The company has 680 workers, but to ensure safe production, the Directors Board decided to let half of their workers start working again from September 11. The number of workers at workshops will be gradually increased when the disease safety is guaranteed.

Not to be subjective and neglectful

In order to prepare for the new normal state and effectively control the pandemic situation, green localities have been propagating and encouraging each citizen to be more proactive and self-aware in the prevention control of disease. Namely, through many effective and practical communication channels, the districts have conveyed to the people concise and easy-to-understand messages of disease prevention control.

Nguyen Phuong Linh, People's Committee's Chairman of Dau Tieng district, said that in addition to intensifying communicating and improving the active role of residents in the Covid-19 fighting, the district directed agencies and bodies not to be subjective, neglectful of the anti-pandemic work. Despite green zones are re-established and the distancing order is gradually loosened, Dau Tieng district demands functional forces to continue maintaining discipline and regulations on disease prevention control and strictly handle violations.

In order to completely eradicate the pandemic, localities have also continued to carry out weekly screening campaign for all people in the area. Regular testing and screening not only helps localities promptly detect and separate F0s from the community, but also helps people always sustain vigilance against the disease; thereby gradually forming and maintaining good habits of disease prevention control measures in the new normal condition.

Along with proactive measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 in green districts, Covid-19 Steering Committees also speedily perform the Covid-19 vaccination campaign for all people, and at the same time instructed people to install and use the "Electronic Health Book" mobile app to check and provide Covid-19 information...
