Photos on Binh Duong’s flexible development

After 41 years of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975-April 30, 2016), Binh Duong (previously being Song Be) surmounted post-war consequences, joining hands in the cause of national development and construction. Especially, since being reestablished, thanks to the local Party, government and people, Binh Duong has become one of the country’s flexibly growing localities.

Binh Duong has focused on building concentrated industrial parks (Ips) which are seen as a lever to promote the local development. As of late 2015, the whole province had a total of 28 IPs, 8 industrial compounds. Under the Prime Minister’s Decision No.893/QD-TTg on adjustment of provincial overall socio-economic development plan till 2020 and supplementation towards 2025, Binh Duong will become a centrally-controlled municipality by 2020. In picture: A partial view of Binh Duong new city from above
