Thanks to owning a competent staff, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Co. (JSC) took fruits in production and business over the past time.

 

Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Co.’s products with high quality have gained stable export growth and created prestige for clients

 

In the last tenure, the company exploited 130,000 tons of rubber latex, 10,000 tons higher than the set target and purchased nearly 30,000 tons of rubber latex from the local farmers. There were 98% of rubber products meeting standards for export and accredited by clients in the world. Due to hi-quality products at clients’ demand, the company’s prestige has been enhanced.

 

The company not only made a faith in international clients, but also was a hope for thousands of workers working in its plantations and ten thousands of farmers in Phu Giao, Tan Uyen and Ben Cat districts over the past years. With its high determination to reshape the image of the countryside, the company spent hundreds of billions of dong on upgrading hundreds of kilometers of the rural road.

 

The company over time sufficiently carried out policies for laborers; well realized the democratic regulations at grassroots level; constantly took measures to enhance labor and rubber garden productivity to increase income for laborers. In the last tenure, the average income of workers herein reached VND5.1mln per capita per month, VND2.5mln higher than the set target. A credit fund between VND1mln and VND1.2bln was also spent to provide loans for workers to upgrade their houses and develop homebased business.

 

Such these apart, the company spent between VND22bln and VND35bln on the annual labor protection, health insurance and social insurance; organized the annual medical check-ups and tours at home and abroad for workers; teamed up with the local government to implement hunger eradication and poverty reduction and build up a new countryside. The company also built 52 compassionate houses, maintained Vietnamese heroic mothers and offered help to natural calamity-hit people…

 

All the above significant actions contributed to helping the company create a great motivation in production emulation and have a firm pace on the road of integration and development while enabling the company’s Party Committee to set and fulfill the targets in the next tenure.
