Prizes awarded to excellent teachers and students in 2019

On 4 Oct, provincial Department of Education and Training held a commendation and awarding ceremony for teachers, who fostered excellent students, and students achieving high results in excellent student exams and national high school exam in 2019 (of which 14 students received certificates of merit of Ministry of Education and Training). Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, attended the ceremony.

In the school year 2018-2019, the schools selected and fostered well gifted students. As a result, provincial education and training sector achieved many prizes in teaching and learning. In addition to students who won prizes of provincial excellent student exam, the province had 29 students winning prizes of national high school excellent student exam. In the 2019 national high school exam, 98.59% of high-school students graduated; university and college enrollment exam had 405 candidates achieving 24 points or more, of which 22 candidates achieved 27 - 29 points.

In the school year 2019-2020, Department of Education and Training directed units and schools to early discover, foster many excellent students from good teaching and learning emulation movement; renovating the assessment and classification of students in order to discover students with outstanding competence to further train for provincial team.
