The province’s total retail sales revenue of commodities and services as of late May was estimated at more than VND8.3trillion, up 1.2% compared to the previous month. The figure over the past five months was nearly VND43trillion, up 18% compared to the corresponding period of last year. Of these, the domestic investment sector rose by 18.1% while the foreign investment sector grew by 13.5%.

Province-based companies and supermarkets are actively carrying out the province’s price stabilization program as planned to make demand stimulation on the occasion of International Children’s Day (June 1) and ensure the local people’s demand for textbooks, notebooks, educational tools for the new academic year of 2014 and 2015.
