Morning of April 28th, PhD. Nguyen Cong Khanh, dean of Culture Department of National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), lectured on communication and management skills to attendance of female officials.

The lecture helped female officials with behavioral culture in communicating with co-workers in offices.

He stressed the importance of culture and the necessity of culture build-up in offices and homes of which women hold important roles.

Attendees were able to discuss real situations to enhance their communication skills and create healthy and friendly working environment to everyone.
