Province spurs “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” mobilization

On Sept, 20, Binh Duong provincial Party Committee opened a conference on implementation of the Politburo’s Instruction 03/CT-BCT and the Central Party Committee’s Plan 03/KH-TW and provincial party committee’s plan 09/KH-TU on spurring the mobilization of ““Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”. The conference was chaired by the provincial party committee secretary Mai The Trung.  delegates participate in a conference on launching “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” mobilization.  

8 basic contents

Launching the implementation of the Politburo’s Instruction 03/CT-BCT and the Central Party Committee’s Plan 03/KH-TW, the provincial party committee’s Education and Propaganda Commission head Nguyen Minh Giao stressed 8 basic contents including organization of studying Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples, implementation of moral standards in line with Ho Chi Minh thought in conformity with every unit and agency.

He also referred to responsibility of key leaders at all levels and education of morality and lifestyle for young generation in line with Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples, supervision and reward typical examples of the mobilization.

Nguyen Minh Giao explained that in the process of launching the Instruction 03 and Plan 03, party cells should base on public servants’ real work and capacity to conduct the mobilization properly. The units will categorize and explain party members’ quality under the plan.

Ben Cat chosen as pilot locality

Unlike previous movements, the implementation of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” mobilization in this time is responsibility of party committee’s standing committee.

Therefore, the Plan 09 specifies that studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples and action plans of the 11th national party congress resolution and the 9th provincial party congress’ resolution are considered as crucial solutions in building and reinforcing the Party.

To reach high results in the mobilization, aside from selecting Ben cat district as a pilot unit of the movement, Binh Duong will strengthen promulgation on mass media and spread art literature works relating to studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples.

Concluding the conference, Mai The Trung highly valued results of the mobilization and asked party cells at all levels to uphold role and responsibility of leaders at units and agencies.
