Provincial Labor Union has just mapped out a plan on improving trade unionists and laborers’ qualification in the 2013 and 2018 period.

Accordingly, provincial Labor Union will strive to have more than 60% of trade unionists and laborers at facilities with trade unions getting vocational training; reach 100% of trade union locals upgraded legal documents and information about the activities of the Trade Union via online newspapers; get 100% of trade union locals provided with Binh Duong Labor Magazine; gain 100% of trade union locals with legal bookcases and community bulletin-boards…

There will be also more than 90% of trade unionists and laborers at State-run companies, agencies with law dissemination. Each trade union at higher level will have at least two reporters and each trade union at grassroots level will have at least one reporter.
