Provincial Party Committee Secretary visits senior military officers, heroes of armed forces and former leaders of provincial Military Command

On the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, along with a delegation from the province, on December 3, visited and presented gifts to senior military officers, heroes of the armed forces and former leaders of provincial Military Command in Thu Dau Mot city. The delegation also included Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Dong, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Thu Dau Mot city’s Party Committee as well as leaders from provincial Military Command and relavant departments of the province and Thu Dau Mot city.

Accordingly, the delegation visited and presented gifts Le Tinh, the hero of armed forces, former Deputy Commander of Song Be provincial Military Command, former Commander of Binh Phuocc provincial Military Command; Major General Nguyen Van Phe, former Commander of Song Be provincial Military Command; Colonel Tran Trung Nguyên, former Commander of Binh Duong provincial Military Command; Colonel Vo Duc Thanh, former Commander of Binh Duong provincial Military Command.

In the visiting places, Mr. Loi extended best regards to heroes of the armed forces, military officers and former leaders of provincial Military Command. He emphasized that the Party Committees, authorities and people of Song Be-Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces have always paid tribute to great contributions by these comrades and past generations who sacrificed their lives in the struggle for national liberation and reunification.

Provincial Party Committee Secretary expressed his hope that heroes of the armed forces, military officers and former leaders of provincial Military Command would maintain their health and continue offering their valuable insights. He also encouraged them to work together with the Party Committee and local authorities in successfully implementing tasks related to socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, contributing to building up a prosperous, sustainable and civilized locality.
