Provincial People's Council supervise the enforcement of social security policy and law at communes and wards

On 25 Feb, three teams of Provincial People's Council's Supervisory Board surveyed the enforcement of social security policy and law over period 2016-2020 in wards of Phu Hoa, Tan Binh Ward (Ben Cat Tow); Hung Dinh, An Thanh (Thuan an City); Thai Hoa, Thanh Phuoc (Tan Uyen Town). 

 In these wards, the supervisory teams surveyed the situation of a number of poor households, post offices and primary schools in the area. The one-day survey showed the results of vocational training, employment, housing, preferential credit loans for poor, near-poor and newly-escaped-from-poverty households; enforcement programs of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, social protection and basic social services. 

These practical surveys are the foundation for the supervisory board to synthesize, evaluate the enforcement results of social security policies and laws, analyze shortcomings, limitations, and gradually improve income and social welfare for the people.
