Provincial Post Office to promote returning files by post

Provincial Post Office has cooperated with departments, agencies, districts, towns and city to promote the implementation of returning files by post. Applied subjects are all customers have demand for returning files by post and pay required postage.

Currently, this model is being widely applied to all departments, districts, towns and city in the province. This has reduced travelling time and cost of people, contributing to the administrative procedures reform.
