The provincial party committee secretary Mai The Trung highly valued close relations between Vietnam and Singapore as well as between Binh Duong and Singapore and hoped that Leow Siu Lin would continue assisting further businesses in the two countries.

In return, the Singaporean new consul general said that the very special relation between Singapore and Binh Duong would continue developing, resulting in VSIP I and VSIP II industrial parks’ success. Mrs. Leow Siu Lin also appreciated Binh Duong provincial leaders’ role and vision on the done achievements.

Also the same day, the provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung received Mrs Leow Siu Lin and stressed that most of Singaporean businesses and projects in Binh Duong province have showed remarkable results. Accordingly, Singaporean businesses excelled Vietnam’s laws and policies as well as work on social welfare.

Chairman Le Thanh Cung affirmed that the provincial leaders would continue facilitating Singaporean businesses’ effective operation and said that Binh Duong now lures 120 projects of Singapore with the total capital of about US$1.4bil, ranking the fourth among 37 nations and territories investing in the province.
