Binh Duong Tax Bureau just reviewed 2011’s activity and launched plans for 2012. Accordingly, in 2011 Binh Duong Tax sector collected over VND15,000bil, reaching 112.8% of plan. In addition, the work of tax administration reform, promulgation and prevention of tax fraud reached high results. In this year, the sector will keep implementing administration reform, corruption control and thrift practice and so on.

Addressing the conference, the provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Tran Thanh Liem asked the sector to spur promulgation and raise local residents and businesses’ awareness on tax obligation as well as to reinforce administration reform and modernize procedures and expand tax declaration via Internet network and among others.
