The Executive Board of the provincial Women Union, on July 6, held the 10th conference and partially summed up the activities of the union in the first half of 2010.

 

On this occasion, members of the Executive Board of the provincial Women Union heard the report on the result of the 7th session of the 12th National Assembly from provincial National Assembly delegation and contributed ideas to a draft on the political report of the 9th Executive Board of the provincial Party Committee.

 

In the first half of 2010, provincial Women Unions at all levels made substantial activities in taking care of privileged families, needy women, ethnic households…They also admitted more than new 7,000 members; set up 19 affiliates and clubs for workers at lodging facilities; organized 7 training courses for grassroots officials…
