Provincial Youth Union marks HCYU ’s 80th anniversary, receives first-class Labor Medal

Provincial Youth Union grandly held a ceremony to mark the 80th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) and receive the first-class Labor Medal on March 22.

 At the ceremony, participants reviewed the 80-year glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and affirmed that this was a firm foundation for young generation today to follow and gain nine achievements, contributing to building up a prosperous and beautiful country. Binh Duong’s youths over time also made breakthroughs in the youth task, teenager-children movements, bringing substantial effects. 

 

Addressing the ceremony, provincial Party Committee Permanent Vice-Secretary cum provincial People’s Council Chairman Vu Minh Sang affirmed: “The local authorities have always made favorable conditions for the local youths to well realize their tasks”. This is one of the favorable conditions for provincial Youth Union to further uphold achievements done and successfully realize the set targets in 2011 and in the following years.

 

On this occasion, provincial Youth Union also received the first-class Labor Medal; 4 collectives and individuals were awarded the PM Government’s certificates of merit; 18 individuals also received the mementoes “For young generation”.
