Public Administration Center: Computerization, systematization, simplification

During the first quarter of 2015, provincial Department of Home Affairs cooperated with Department of Information and Communications and relevant departments to devise modern software to implement computerization, systematization, simplification at Public Administration Center.

At the present, one-stop software has been put into operation at Public Administration Center since the beginning of 2015. In addition to linking software, Public Administration Center is furnished with modern, synchronized, linked equipment that can be compatible with other devices, like: automatic queuing up machine, electronic bulletin boards, camera system, machines to track files, equipment for comments of people and businesses. The Center also built up a system to provide information of administrative procedures automatic answering via telephone and messaging ... to serve the needs of people and businesses.
