Youth unions of Binh Duong and Dac Lac provinces just singed a concerted program for the 2011-2015 period. Accordingly, the two units will uphold advantages and cooperate together to bring significant contributions to the community. On the occasion, Binh Duong Newspaper had an interview with H’Kim Hoa Bya, secretary of Dac Lac provincial youth union.

Why did the Dac Lac provincial youth union choose Binh Duong to sign concerted activities?

Binh Duong provincial Youth Union has many good models and we want to learn about them to apply into our activities.

Could you tell more the mentioned good models?

In recent years, Dac Lac province has boosted development of industrial parks and urban areas. So, we want to learn about models of gathering young youths, IT universalization, legal promulgation…

What main contents will the two units cooperate together?

Raising educational efficiency of youth union and accelerating youth activities; gathering youngsters; volunteering for the community; activities for children… will be strengthened in the cooperation. Besides, exchanges with border districts and border posts; vocational training and consultancy and job placement for youths… will be boosted.

The main target of this cooperation is to create an exchange between youths from the two localities.

Could you introduce some advantages of Dac Lac provincial youth union to Binh Duong youth union?

Dac Lac has unique characters of the Central Highland region and is next to border area. These will help Binh Duong hold activities for the community. Overall, we are ready to support what Binh Duong youth union needs.
