Signing regulations on coordination between provincial Department of Tax and Labour Federation

On the morning of 10^th Feb, provincial Department of Tax and Labour Federation held a conference to sign regulations on coordination between the two units to promote the collection and payment of Union fees.

Namely, provincial Labour Federation and Department of Tax operates according to functions and responsibilities stipulated by Labour Law 2012; Decision No. 108/QD-BTC dated 14^th Jan 2010 of Ministry of Finance. Provincial Labour Federation and Department of Tax are responsible for coordination to propagate, inspect the collection of Trade Union’s fees at units, such as: non-state-owned businesses; enterprises of all economic sectors established under the Law on Enterprises, the Law on Investment; cooperatives, unions of cooperatives established under the Law on Cooperatives; agencies, foreign organizations, international organizations operating in the territory of Vietnam, executive offices of the foreign businesses under business contracts in Vietnam and employ Vietnamese labours; other organizations employing labours under the provisions of the law.
