Binh Duong Provincial court needs continual efforts to fulfill its duty

Early February 10, Binh Duong Provincial People’s Court held a conference to sum up activities in 2014 and implement duties for 2015. Under report, in 2014, despite more assumed cases, the resolution ratio of 2-level people court in Binh Duong Province exceeds the norms. Particularly, cases of labor disputes were assumed by 413, 98.11% of which had been resolved. Public hearing increased by 96 cases, successful reconciliation of civil, family, trade, and labor cases gained by 45.43%. No overdue cases were due to subjective errors of the judge and no cases of wrong judgment emerged.

Addressing the conference, Mr. Truong Hoa Binh highly appreciated the achievements gained by the provincial people’s court while stressing on more continual efforts to be made by 2-level court for task fulfillment. He called for more public hearings of criminal cases while determining not to wrongly charge innocent people as well as neglecting offenders.

On the occasion, Mr. Truong Hoa Binh hander over decision to designate and re-designation of judges by the State President, PM merit certificate, and title of excellent labor group and grassroot emulation collective, individuals, cadres, and officers of the provincial court.
