Under assessment of Provincial Army HQ, the recruitment tasks have been well-prepared thanks to strict coordination of local sectors and agencies across 4 districts and town including Di An, Phu Giao, Dau Tieng, and Ben Cat. The preparation is for the upcoming recruiting day of February 24.

 As reported, over 90% youths have received direct call. Active consultancy has been made to all-level committee and local leadership to strictly observe Decision No. 2103 of the government, the Circular No. 167 of Defense Ministry as well as plans and guidelines of Provincial Army HQ in calling and recruiting servicing troops for the year 2011. Meantime, thanks to well coordination, education and propaganda of guidelines and policies proposed by the Party and the State on army duty has been maintained for youths and the public people.

  

Flowers are offered to newly recruited soldiers for army servicing.

Awareness of the youths for nation defense has been enhanced and they are ready to be recruited.

 Up to day, recruiting steering committee has been set up along with camping festival for newly recruited soldiers to meet up with the recruited ones as experience exchange along with education of soldier’ nature and legacy under Uncle Ho’s era.

 Local Army HQs have also planned to call for and recruit servicing troops from the public with concentration on leadership and direction to ensure quality and quantity.

 Among other tasks are preparing force building and local political regime, promoting Party members’ development with more than 2% of new members admitted for every service above 6 months.

 The HQs are required to coordinate with local sectors and agencies to organize propaganda and education to train elite youths and improve quality of recruitment.
