Striving to get 80% of staff with moderately good living standard

Dau Tieng Rubber Corporation’s Trade Union, on Sept.11, opened its 10th congress for the 2012-2017 tenure.

Reportedly, the Trade Union fulfilled the set targets in the last tenure. The Trade Union also joined hands with the corporation to constantly improve staff’s income. Particularly, staff herein enjoyed the average salary of VND6.6mln per capital per month in 2008 and the figure increased to VND10.8mln in 2011. Staff with moderately good living standard accounted for 77.5% of total and there were no more poor staff.

The Trade Union also paid more attention to the lives of staff via many significant programs, especially those relating to housing and welfare works.

For targets in the new tenure of 2012-2017, the Trade Union will strive to get 80% of staff with moderately good living standard and have no more poor staff; always win the “strong and pure” title; strive to introduce 300 outstanding trade unionists to the corporation’s Party organization for consideration and admission into Party

The congress elected the new Executive Board for the 2012 and 2017 tenure; sorted out delegates to attend the Trade Union Congress of Vietnam’s rubber sector and the Binh Duong provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2013 and 2018 tenure.
