Supporting nearly VND 100 million for worker’s family with difficult circumstances

On August 1, provincial Labor Union, Ben Cat city’s People’s Committee, Ben Cat city’s Labor Union, Vinh Nghia Shoe Co. Ltd.’s directorate and Trade Union local visited the rented room of Mrs. T.T.P.’s family. T.T.P. was a female worker who passed away from a cerebral infarction after giving birth.

During the visit, the delegation offered their condolences and encouragement to the family to help them overcome their grief. Provincial Labor Union provided VND 10 million from provincial "Support Fund for Workers with Extremely Difficult Circumstances". Ben Cat city’s People’s Committee and Ben Cat city’s Labor Union supported the family with VND 5 million. Additionally, Vinh Nghia Shoe Co.Ltd.’s directorate, Trade Union local and workers contributed nearly 80 million VND to the family.

The family of the female worker T.T.P. is in a very difficult situation. The family is currently living in a lodging room renting. Her husband works as a mason with an unstable job, and he is now taking care of their less than one-month-old baby alone.
