Tan Uyen kicks off children's summer camp festival

On August 19,  Tan Uyen city’s Youth Union, Young Pioneer Organization and Children's Cultural in collaboration with the 16th Battalion, the 71st Air Defense Artillery Brigade and the 4th Army Corps held the 2023 summer camping festival with the theme of "Children are happy and healthy - Learn good things, do good deeds".

The camping festival was attended by more than 400 children, Youth Union members and soldiers. The names of the sub-camps were the islands, rocks and shoals of the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagoes to participate in the "Beautiful sub-camp" contest.

At the camping festival, children, Youth Union members, soldiers participated in such activities as visiting the interior order arrangement area, concentrated increase garden, infantry squad disassembling guns, participating in the festival with the theme of "We are soldiers"...

On this occasion, Tan Uyen city’s Youth Union donated a youth work "Sentiment to soldiers” worth VND 10 million to the 16th Battalion.
