Tan Uyen town to promote propaganda of bailiff institution

In order to mobilize social participation, enhance cooperation between related units and People’s Committees in propaganda of bailiff institution, Tan Uyen town People’s Committee issued plans to disseminate bailiff institution with contents, such as: role, significance, positive influences of bailiff; functions, responsibilities, jurisdiction of bailiff; mechanism of cooperation between related units and bailff offices; results of piloting bailiff institution; rights and obligations of people, businesses as well as usage of bailiff service…

The action was to help people, units, businesses to improve knowledge of bailiff offices, simultaneously encourage people and businesses to employ bailiff services to protect legitimate rights and interests.
