The 20th anniversary of Binh Duong province’s re-establishment will be held on Jan 1st 2017

Evening Dec 6, Mr. Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of PPC, chaired a meeting to approve the program of 20^th anniversary of Binh Duong province’s re-establishment (Jan 1^st 1997 - Jan 1^st 2017).

According to the plan, the 20^th anniversary of Binh Duong province’s re-establishment will take place at 7.00 am on Jan 1^st 2017at provincial Administrative Center Square with the participation of 5,000 people, including representatives of the Central Party, National Assembly, Cabinet and ministries, sectors.

At the anniversary, in addition to the main ceremony, there will be a decorated automobile parade and a special art performing program, firework show celebrating the 20^th anniversary of provincial re-establishment. The ceremony will aim to assess the achievements, development of Binh Duong province over 20 years of re-establishment; create a joyful atmosphere encouraged by social economic, cultural achievements, and meet all people’s needs for entertainment, cultural and spiritual enjoyment.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of PPC, basically agreed with the organization plan of the anniversary. PPC Deputy Chairman asked provincial branches and levels to identify purposes and requirements of the anniversary in order to organize a solemn anniversary, in a practical, appropriate scale, ensuring thriftiness, safety and efficiency, create a jubilant atmosphere among all strata.

Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism noted all suggestions of the participants, needed to complete the plan to submit to PPC. Agencies and units needed to seriously implement the appointment of officials and civil servants to join the ceremony and parade.
