Thuan An town’s Women’s Union organized a get-together on March 7 to celebrate the 101st anniversary of International Women’s Day and the 1971st anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung (Two Trung sisters) Uprising.

 At the get-together, Thuan An town’s women over periods highlighted the glorious tradition of Vietnamese women, especially the local women’s contributions to the local socio-economic development.

 On this occasion, 30 outstanding women were honored with the certificates of merit from Thuan An town’s People’s Committee. The town’s Women’s Union also awarded the certificates of merit to its officials who excellently fulfilled tasks between 2006 and 2011.
