Thuan An City has PAR initiatives recognized

In the 2011-2020 period, Thuan An City People's Committee proposed many solutions and initiatives to enhance administrative procedure reform (PAR) in the area, step by step improve the effectiveness of PAR at localities, and was recognized by competent authorities. Specifically, in 2015, an initiative was implemented to expand OSS divisions, assign initial guidance staff in order to reduce waiting time of people and organizations coming for administrative procedures. In 2016, the City People's Committee integrated procedures to grant house number procedures to individuals into OSS divisions of communes and wards. In 2017, the city piloted a project to reorganize political system of the town (now is Thuan An City) to be streamlined, efficient and effective. In 2018, the city held a contest to learn about PAR for young civil servants; promptly updated decisions on administrative procedures of the province at http: // thuanan.binhduong.gov.vn/ to assist agencies and statistical units.

In 2019, the city applied an online Thuan An software; installed cashless POS payment at OSS divisions; hold meetings between People's Committee leaders and the people on PAR work in construction and business registration fields. Sections of receiving and returning administrative results of the city and commune, ward People's Committees were equipped with computers, printers, and posted electronic declarations and forms at http://thuanan.binhduong.gov.vn/ web /kioskta.html for people to actively fill out forms, declarations and look up administrative procedures.
