Thuan An launches “Tree-planting festival” to celebrate Uncle Ho’s birthday

Thuan An town, on May 18, launched a week of the tree-planting festival to be eternally grateful late President Ho Chi Minh at Thuan An Hoa war zone’s historical site on the occasion of his 123rd birthday (May 19, 1890-May 19, 2013).

At the launching ceremony, participants planted nearly 130 green trees at the historical site. This event was part of the town’s practical activities in response to the campaign of “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”, contributing to improving the living environment.
