Training for lawyers focused

Based on report of the provincial Judiciary Department, implementing the project of developing lawyer force in service for international economic integration from 2010 till 2020 (called Project 123), development and training of lawyer force in service for international economic integration are always focused by the provincial Lawyer Association.

As of Sept. 30, 2014, the number of lawyers in Binh Duong reached 92. The province has 35 lawyer practicing organizations and 23 branches under operation. Till the end of 2015, the entire province will strive to develop 1-3 lawyers and 1 lawyer practicing organization; 3-5 lawyers and 1-3 lawyer practicing organizations relating to investment, business by the period of 2016-2020.

However, implementation of the Project 123 remains difficult; the number of lawyers with fluent foreign languages remains limited.
