2014 provincial competition on safety communication skills for street food held

Early October 8, provincial Food Safety and Hygiene Department held the 2014 competition on safety communication skills for street food with the participation of 63 collaborators of the province’s program on food safety and hygiene, members of Women’s Unions and Youth Union at all levels of the province.

The competition included two team and individual events. In the team event, participating teams performed sketches on food safety and hygiene. Whilst, in the individual event, collaborators took part in the “Ringing the Golden Bell” game show with the content of communication skills, legal documents on food safety and hygiene, food safety and hygiene’s role to human beings’ life; measures to ensure food safety and hygiene…

This was a chance for collaborators of the province’s program on food safety and hygiene, members of Women’s Unions and Youth Union at all levels of the province to exchange and share mutual experience, thereby actively taking part in the task of ensuring safety and hygiene for street food.
