FDI attraction into industrial parks increases by 40.88%

 According to information from Provincial Industrial Zones’ Management Board, in April 2024, industrial parks granted 21 new projects with investment capital of nearly 115 million USD, adjusted to increase capital of 18 projects with capital increased by 97.8 million USD. Accumulated over the first 4 months of 2024, industrial parks attracted over 389 million USD, an increase of 40.88% over the same period in 2023, reaching 32.44% of the 2024 plan.

Thus, up to now, industrial parks in Binh Duong have 3,128 valid projects, including 2,448 FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of more than 29.6 billion USD and 680 domestic investment projects with a total registered investment capital of 93,847 billion VND. In April, industrial parks also leased more than 285,700 square meters of industrial land and more than 64,200 square meters of factories. Up to now, Binh Duong's industrial parks have leased 7,067.49 hectares of industrial land, with an occupancy rate of 93.67%.
