Late June 13, provincial Standard and Customers' Right Protection Association (SCRPA) held a training session on customers' right protection for members of the executive boards of Phu Giao district’s SCRPA and its affiliates together with several small traders at Phu Giao market.

At the training session, Nguyen Van Ban, chairman of provincial SCRPA introduced the Law on Customers’ Right Protection, the Decree No.99/2011/ND-CP on  detailing and guiding the implementation of some provisions of the Law on Customers’ Right Protection; the Decree No.19/2012/ND-CP on administrative punishments in the field of customers’ right protection…to participants.
