Training on digital transformation of newspapers and improving the quality of journalistic works in 2024

On March 22, Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee held a training conference on digital transformation of newspapers and improving the quality of journalistic works in 2024 at Provincial Military Command.

Attending the conference were 184 delegates who were leaders, staff, and reporters of Provincial Journalists Association, Binh Duong Newspaper, Binh Duong Radio and Television Station, Resident Journalists Association, Office of Culture Information, Cultural and Sports Center - Radio Station, Radio Stations of districts, towns and cities in the province.

During two days (March 22 and 23) of the conference, delegates were trained on the following topics: "Digital transformation in press agencies"; "Performing high-quality journalistic work for national journalism awards and national journalism awards". The training content was presented by Associate Professor - Dr. Do Thi Thu Hang, Standing Member, Head of the Professional Committee of Vietnam Journalists Association; Associate Professor - Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Oanh, Head of Department of International Relations, Academy of Journalism and Communication; Master Nguyen Van Hao, Vietnam Institute of Journalism and Communications.

The conference aims to provide knowledge and information about digital transformation of newspapers; New issues are receiving attention from domestic and foreign press; content creation process, production organization of various types of journalistic works, producing digital content for platforms, promoting strong changes in implementing the digital journalism transformation strategy in the province; At the same time, equip leaders, reporters, and editors at the provincial and district levels with specialized skills to improve the quality of journalistic works in both content and form, creating attraction to the public.
