Useful playgrounds for young workers

In 2016, provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union has organized many practical activities with material and spiritual benefits for young workers, contributing to taking care of their material and spiritual lives.

Provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union has held a variety of programs taking care of young workers’ lives. Noticeably, the bloc’s Youth Union has just hosted the second provincial festival “giving strength to young workers” and the fifth provincial ceremony “honoring outstanding young workers” at the South Tan Uyen industrial park with many significant activities, including law dissemination, free haircut, folk games…, absorbing more than 1,000 Youth Union members and young workers.

The organizers also honored 17 outstanding young workers, presented 130 gifts to young workers with difficult circumstances, held an exchange program named “Lighting up dreams of young workers” together with special art performance items.

Nguyen Phu Thinh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union said that since early this year, the bloc’s Youth Union has held “Tet sum vay” (Gathering on Tet holiday) programs with practical activities, attracting more than 3,000 Youth Union members and young workers. They included a safe driving contest, 15 booths selling goods with subsidized price for young workers, a karaoke singing contest…The organizers also gave 30 gifts for alien young workers and others to outstanding young workers living in the Hoa Loi social housing area in TDM city’s Hoa Phu ward …

In addition, provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union directly made dissemination of information about traffic safety at King Jim Co.Ltd. More than 800 young workers here had the chance to express their understanding of traffic safety via test parts on safe driving skills in theory and practice…

The bloc’s Youth Union has also created playgrounds at weekend for young workers, contributing to improving their spiritual life. Particularly, the bloc’s Youth Union in collaboration with Di An town’s Youth Union kicked off a friendship football tournament for young workers working and living in the town. At Tung Shin Industry Co.Ltd., the bloc’s Youth Union also organized fun-filled sporting games, creating a useful playground for more than 200 young workers.

The singing contest for young workers 2016 was also organized in the Hoa Loi social housing area. At the contest, candidates performed special items in praise of the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland …, absorbing hundreds of viewers. This was a healthy playground for young workers while contributing to promoting singing movements among them, improving their spiritual life after hard working hours.

Mr.Thinh said that from now till year end, the bloc’s Youth Union will continue strengthening the organization of “weekend playground” programs for young workers, comprising of a Don ca tai tu (southern folk music) contest named “Giai dieu Phuong Nam” (Melody of the south); an art performance around industrial parks, the 4^th provincial safe driving festive day…These activities will contribute to taking care the material and spiritual lives of young workers in the province.
