On the morning of July 29, a working delegation from the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), led by Le Tan Dung, Deputy Minister of MoLISA, visited and conducted a survey at Dong An High-Tech College and Vietnam-Singapore Vocational College regarding the implementation of the Secretariat of the 11th Party Central Committee on enhancing the Party's leadership in high-skilled workforce training.

In recent years, province-based vocational schools have played a crucial role in training high-skilled technical human resources with the ability of accessing advanced technology levels, serving the economic and social development of the province in particular as well as the southern key economic region and the country in general. At the survey sites, the delegation heard reports from schools’ representatives on their activities, results and challenges in the process of implementing Directive No. 37-CT/TW.
Representatives from the schools and localities made recommendations and proposals on amending socialization policies, offering investment incentives for infrastructure and workforce training, providing tax exemptions for non-public schools, allowing qualified colleges to offer secondary education like continuing education centers to enable students to pursue higher levels of education, developing mechanisms and policies to diversify training programs…to the survey delegation.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung praised the efforts by the schools in training high-skilled human resources. The delegation acknowledged recommendations and proposals from the schools and localities to finalize a report on 10 years of implementing the Directive No. 37-CT/TW of the Secretariat of the 11th Party Central Committee while seeking effective solutions to gradually address obstacles by the schools to enhance the effectiveness of high-skilled workforce training.
*On the afternoon of July 29, a delegation from the Ministry of Labour, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MoLISA) had a meeting with leaders of provincial People's Committee to discuss the results of 10 years of implementing the Secretariat of the 11th Party Central Committee’s Directive No. 37-CT/TW. Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, along with representatives from provincial departments and agencies, worked with the delegation. During the meeting, representatives from provincial departments and agencies highlighted their obstacles and proposed recommendations and issues related to vocational management and education within the jurisdiction of the MoLISA, other central ministries and agencies.
Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung praised the province's efforts in training high-skilled human resources. He also noted that in the future, Binh Duong needs to have a clear orientation for workforce training that aligns with actual conditions. Additionally, he emphasized the need to support appropriate student streamlining and strengthen teaching staff at vocational education centers to address the local current difficulties.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ha thanked members of the delegation for their attention. He noted that through their investigation and survey, the delegation had provided valuable contributive ideas to help Binh Duong improve its high-skilled workforce training efforts in the coming time…
