Early July 28, at the venue of Provincial Police, the steering board of Joint Resolution No. 03 kicked off the volunteer movement of information dissemination and education against criminal offense with participation of Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi and 300 delegates who were Youth’s League members at Provincial Police, and police forces across districts, towns, and wards.Deputy Commissioner of Provincial Police, Colonel Nguyen Hoang Thao informed that the volunteer plan was to disseminate information and educate community awareness of anti-crime and to maintain local order of 91 wards, townlets, and communes.Besides, the volunteers were to support local people with procedures of Identification Card issuing and renewing, of vehicle ownership transfering and traffic.Reported by Quang Tam – Translated by Vi Bao
