July 16, Standing Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, cum Chairman of Provnicial People’s Council, Mr. Vu Minh Sang had a working session with Provincial Farmer Association. At the session, leader of the association approved 4 programs and projects of association development including:- Program to improve role and operation quality of grassroots, contributing to forming farmer class in the province from 2011 to 2015;- Project of reforming and improving operation of farmer supporting fund from 2011 to 2015;- Program of vocational training for farmers to switch jobs from 2012 to 2015; and,- Project of supporting farmers in researching and implementing agricultural production models to develop the line with production and business cooperation in foreign countries from 2011 to 2015.Concluding the session, Mr. Vu Minh Sang stated to have removed obstacles in implementing procedures of the mentioned programs and projects. Meanwhile, he called upon the associaton to report to the Standing Committee for consideration and agreements of the programs and projects before forwarding to Provincial Party Committee for approvals and implementation.Reported by Thu Thao – Translated by Vi Bao
