The provincial People’s Committee and Becamex IDC starts a construction on the Becamex-Thuan An urban complex at Thuan An district on Aug. 9.

The 52ha project has a total capital of over VND5tril and is zoned into 2 areas of A and B. The 37.2ha A area includes items of a 16ha int’l general hospital, capitalized at VND1,500bil; a 10ha Eco-Lai Thieu new urban area, capitalized at $177mil; the 11ha Season Binh Duong urban area, capitalized at VND1,800bil. Meanwhile, the B area covering over 15.2ha of land consists of a resettlement area, social works of park, culture house, sports center.

The project will create an ideal living environment for local residents and make up beautiful image for the district in particular and province in general.
