Activities of Phu Giao’s Ex-Youth Volunteers’ Association under review

Phu Giao district’s Ex-Youth Volunteers’ Association has just held a conference to review its activities in 2017 and extend tasks for 2018.

The association now has 8 branches with 157 members. In 2017, members of the association were active in studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle; well realized the Party and State’s policies and laws…The association also mobilized organizations and individuals to build a comrade house worth VND50million for a member in need of housing; presented 80 Tet gifts to members; developed its fund of more than VND200million…

In 2018, the association and its branches will continue effectively carrying out their operational contents, including striving to reach their fund with VND1.5million per member by the end of 2018…

On this occasion, 4 collectives and 13 individuals were awarded the certificates of merit of the district’s People’s Committee for their excellent achievements in the emulation movement of “Ex-youth volunteers set bright examples in studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings” last year.
