Additional 7 markets to be built from now to year-end

Under provincial People’s Committee’s Decision No.4109/QD-UBND approving the Project on adjustment of the development planning for the province’s market, supermarket, trade center network, the whole province has so far had a total of 106 markets, 12 supermarkets, 5 trade centers. Among them, there are 2 first-class markets, 12 second-class markets and 89 third-class markets.

All 46 communes of the province have reached the criterion No.7 on rural trading infrastructure at people’s demand as well as the local target on rural trading development. It is expected that the whole province will build additional 7 markets in Di An city, Tan Uyen town, Ben Cat town and Dau Tieng district by the end of the year
