An Son takes care of social policy beneficiary families on Tet

On the occasion of the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2018, the Party Committee, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of An Son commune in Thuan An town have donated 20 Tet gifts to policy beneficiary families with difficult circumstances and 48 gifts to poor people.

It is known that under the support of donors, the commune over the past time gave 1,013 Tet gifts worth nearly VND400million for policy beneficiary families, lonely elderly people, street children and the poor. In 2017, the commune’s Party, government and Fatherland Front Committee boosted “paying debt of gratitude” activities such as giving healthcare for revolutionary contributors, heroic Vietnamese mothers; visiting, presenting gifts, building gratitude, “great unity” houses, offering saving books to policy beneficiaries…
