Promote training to improve the quality of human resources, especially the contingent of cadres, civil servants and labor force in the field of industry and agriculture to meet local development requirements.

Consistent with the set goals, during the past term, the Party Committee and the authorities of Bac Tan Uyen district have taken advantage of potentials, advantages, promoted internal resources and attracted external forces to strive to achieve the results. In particular, the remarkable point is that the district's socio-economic infrastructure has been invested synchronously step by step to meet the district's development requirements. The national target program on building new rural areas has effectively mobilized resources, making a strong impact on the district's development process. Up to now, 100% of the district's communes have been recognized as meeting new rural standards and are focusing on implementing the province's advanced criteria set.

In addition, the district has completed the dossier submitted to the authorities for consideration and recognition of the district to meet the new rural standard. Through this program, the transportation works of the district are always interested in investing, expanding, bringing many practical benefits, getting high consensus from the people.
